Two More Honors for “Marcel’s Letters”
Marcel’s Letters has garnered two more honors!
The book is a winner for Biography/Autobiography/Memoir in the Paris Book Festival. This festival is open to major publishers, independent publishers and self-published works in the following categories: non-fiction, fiction, biography/autobiography, children’s books, cookbooks, compilations/anthologies, young adult, how-to, photography/art, unpublished stories, business, poetry, spiritual/religious, and travel. Books are judged using the following criteria:
1. General excellence and the author’s passion for telling a good story.
2. The potential of the work to gain a wider audience in the worldwide market.

The book is also a finalist for Non-Fiction Narrative in the International Book Awards. Jeffrey Keen, President and CEO of sponsor American Book Fest said this year’s contest yielded over 2,000 entries from authors and publishers around the world, which were then narrowed down to the final results. Keen says of the awards, “The 2018 results represent a phenomenal mix of books from a wide array of publishers throughout the world.
